Refund & Return Policy

At Naura Jewels, every piece is carefully curated and packed with attention to quality and detail. Due to hygiene and jewellery care reasons, we currently do not accept general returns or exchanges.

Eligible Cases

Returns or replacements are only applicable if:

  • the product received is damaged
  • the wrong item was delivered
  • the package arrives in poor condition

Reporting an Issue

If you face any issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the product
  • a complete unboxing video recorded while opening the package

Please note:
Claims without a proper unboxing video may not be eligible for verification.

Conditions for Approval

To be eligible for review:

  • the item must be unused
  • original packaging should be available
  • the issue must be reported within the mentioned timeframe
